Vogel R.F. – stages of life and scientific-pedagogical activity (to the 155 anniversary of the birth)

Abstract— The article briefly shows the main stages of life and scientific-pedagogical activity of the known scientist-astronomer, the fifth Director of the Astronomical Observatory of Kiev University of St. Vladimir. If shows his role in the further development of scientific research in the Observatory and is marked the fruitful work of R.F. Vogel on the basis of the educational activity at Kiev University of St. Vladimir and at the Higher women’s courses.
