Abstract— Professional activity of Olexandr Inokentiiovych Nerovetskyi � one of the greatest scientists engaged in industrialization of construction and building industry process � in Ukraine during the period of 1922-1936 has been analyzed in the article. It was O. I. Nerovetskyi who adopted new building techniques in Ukraine. This Ukrainian engineer was a project executive in the field of railway construction, industrial and civil engineering in Ukraine during the period of 1922-1936.
