From the history of establishing a system of production and labour organization in radio-electronic industry in Ukrainian SSR (1950-1960 years).

Abstract— The features of the system of organizing production and labor in electronic industry of Ukrainian SSR in the period of 1950-1960-ies are discussed in the article. The trends of rational organisation system development and staff incentives for enterprises of the industry during this period are stated. Its organizational difficulties and problems of the formative period are determined, the role of the ideological factor in the organization of production and work is shown. Based on archival sources the implementation of scientific organization of labor in enterprises of the USSR is traced.
